a new horizon

Well,its been a mth since I arrive here,filled wiv admiration,expectations,even great hopes that this is THE place for me to refine&lify my skills,knowledge,practically&theoretically,aspiring to work under chefs that's passionate about great,tasty food.
At least for the next 6mths,everything has turned 360degrees.
As a starter,5days of no work,leisure only due to eid mubarak,no thanks to the miscommunication betweenn hr& the rep that took us to our accomodation,oasis village.On the 3rd day,we went to abu dhabi,diplomat's raya open house,thats the furthest i went to so far^^.(pics posted on facebook)
As i commence my work on 5th,I was reassigned to khaymat al bahar,a poolside kitchen from main kItc.i must say its a full of crap.to my gut feeling,theyr practising nepotism,cronyism,hell why not,8@9 are indians,sri lankans@nepalese.only four remaining of us are all of various nationality,german,philipines,myanmar&a south african girl..kitchen operation is sooo unorganised,working wiv a bunch of chumps...pretentious,pompous,self aggrandizement prevails constantly,me being on the neutral side,along wiv christian,german guy are sometimes mistreated,taken advantage of.them being the mumbo jumbo,aggravating sth thats merely of a minute matter,just so in hence their 'concerns',voicCes are heard of.But as 30days have passed,the scenario have started to shift to my favor.^^
All of them NOW knows that im "Somebody" unlike most of them...the chefs dont come&bug me.they let me do my job,peacefully as they normally practices on daily basis.
Now ill just cling on for another 5more mths before i ask for a transfer to a fine dining restaurant,most possibly pierchic@pisces...
otherwise,ill just head back home after a year,then to australia definitely,my next destination(my top of the list actually)
